Tenants are required to provide a confirmation card to City Utilities when requesting utility service.
Fill out this confirmation form and print it out as a service to your potential tenants.

Automatic Connect Landlord Agreement
The automatic connect Landlord Agreement was created for the mutual benefit of the landlords and the utility. It has been designed to provide uninterrupted utility service to an address between tenants. For more information on the Landlord Agreement, visit the link below.

Landlord Email Notification Program
City Utilities can provide an additional service to landlords, emailing a notification to them when tenants have connected or disconnected utilities at one of their properties. To sign up for this service, please submit the following form:

Service Transfer Status
To verify that your tenant has transferred utilities into their name, please complete the Service Transfer Status Request. City Utilities will email or fax the results to you. For automatic notification that your tenant has transferred utilities into their name, please enroll in our Landlord Email Notification program.

Credit Disconnect Status
To verify that the utilities at your property are in a credit disconnect status, please complete the Credit Disconnect Status Request. City Utilities will email or fax the results to you.
