Effective April 1, 2011, City Utilities adopted a Smoke Free Policy. Employees are prohibited from smoking on company time, including paid breaks, at all times within all City Utilities’ facilities, company vehicles and equipment, as well as all property owned or operated by City Utilities, including parking lots.
