Commercial Lighting Rebate - High Bay You can save energy and money, while potentially improving the quality of light for employees, by upgrading traditional warehouse-type (high-bay) lighting in your commercial building. Lighting technologies and efficiencies have improved dramatically for these locations.

Making the decision to improve lighting in your business is an important investment in energy savings for today and tomorrow.

About the Program:
City Utilities is offering our commercial electric customers a rebate of up to $200 per kW reduction in lighting load, up to $5,000. This program is designed to improve High Bay lighting and reduce energy usage by retrofitting and/or replacing less efficient existing fixtures.

Pre-evaluation:
Before old lighting equipment is removed and new lighting equipment is installed, City Utilities must perform a pre-evaluation to verify the existing lighting system and worksheet, and approve the customer's application; otherwise the applicant will be denied.

All approved projects must be completed and all information submitted by September 30 of each program year. Certain restrictions apply; see guidelines on the application form.
