About the Program:
This on-site residential service shows you where energy in your home is being wasted and recommends ways to reduce energy and water usage. This service, normally $350, only costs you $175, which can be paid in convenient installments on your utility bill.
What do you get for $175?
A diagnostic evaluation of your home's energy and water efficiency.
A detailed report outlining cost-effective measures specifically for your home.
An EnergyWise efficiency kit with over $40 of energy and water efficiency items:
3 compact fluorescent lights
A water heater insulation blanket
A kitchen faucet aerator
A low-flow showerhead
A package of outlet & switch plate insulation gaskets
Registered Contractors
Many qualified contractors are able to perform efficiency upgrades. Choose one from the list of contractors registered with City Utilities, or select one of your own to perform the work. Either way, you will be on your way to saving energy and money.
