Irrigation Rain Sensor Rebate City Utilities in-ground irrigation customers are eligible for a $25 rebate after the purchase and installation of an irrigation rain sensor.

Rain sensor devices automatically shut off in-ground sprinkler systems during and after rain showers. These devices save tremendous amounts of otherwise wasted irrigation water.

About the Program:
Irrigation system rain sensors can save you money on a rainy day. City Utilities' in-ground irrigation customers are eligible for a $25 rebate after the purchase and installation of an irrigation rain sensor. Rain sensor devices automatically shut off in-ground irrigation systems during and after rain showers, and allow the systems to go back to their normal cycle once the sensor dries out. These devices can save tremendous amounts of otherwise wasted irrigation water. Certain restrictions apply; see Guidelines.

Many qualified contractors are able to perform efficiency upgrades. Choose one from the list of contractors registered with City Utilities, or select one of your own to perform the work. Either way, you will be on your way to saving energy and money.
