On-Line Chat Sessions to Focus on Energy Efficiency, Incentives
City Utilities will host two on-line chat sessions with Cara Shaefer, Director of the Energy Management and Conservation department. The sessions will be on Monday, October 17, from 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m., and again from 7:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., and will be accessible from the homepage of City Utilities website www.cityutilities.net
“We're looking to expand ways in which we can connect with our customers.” said Joel Alexander, Manager-Communications, “If this method proves to be successful, we’ll schedule more sessions with staff members with expertise in other areas of the utility.”
Customers will be able to discuss existing rebate and incentive programs that offer opportunities for customers to conserve energy and water, and details of a new program will also be presented.
