Online Payment Options
We offer two convenient options for paying your bill online.
  • Quick Pay
    Make a one-time payment using your checking account, debit card, or credit card. Easy to use and you will continue to receive paper bills by mail.
  • CheckFree
    Use CheckFree to view your bill and make payments online. Setup automatic payments using your checking account, debit card, or credit card. Receive email notification when your bill is ready for viewing. Access up to 12 months of bill and payment histories. Go paperless by signing up with CheckFree.

Regular Payment Options
In addition to our online payment options, we offer several other options for paying your bill.
  • EZ Pay
    EZ Pay automatically deducts your monthly-billed amount from your financial institution or credit card and forwards it electronically to CU for payment. A paper bill will continue to be mailed.
  • In Person
    CU’s Customer Service Lobby is open 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. for your convenience, Monday through Friday. Closed for holidays.

    For your convenience, payment drop boxes, including a drive-up payment box, are also available at our 301 E. Central office.
  • Authorized Bill Payment Locations
    CU works with several local businesses to make bill paying a little easier. The following grocery stores and banks allow you to drop off your utility payment with them.

    • Bank of America
    • Empire Bank
    • US Bank
  • Pay by Mail
    Mail your payment in the blue envelope enclosed with each month's bill. It saves you time and gasoline.
  • Pay by Phone
    City Utilities accepts credit or debit card payments by phone.
    • Call 863-9000 to pay by phone.

Billing Options
City Utilities offers several different billing options to best suit your needs.
  • CheckFree
    CheckFree provides secure, on-line, paperless billing and payment 24/7. Use CheckFree to view your bill and make payments online. Setup automatic payments using your checking account, debit card, or credit card. Receive email notification when your bill is ready for viewing. Access up to 12 months of bill and payment histories.
  • Level Pay
    Level Pay takes the seasonal peaks and valleys out of your monthly utility bill. You can budget for the whole year by paying the same amount each month, regardless of the seasonal ups and downs.
