Payment Assistance
If you have trouble paying your bill, contact CU by calling (417) 863-9000. Participating in the Level Pay plan makes it easier to budget for your monthly utility payments when your payments are the same amount each month.

Our Customer Service Representatives can establish a payment plan designed specifically for you.

Additionally, we may be able to refer you to additional community resources that can assist you with your utility payments.
