Dirt 66 Ribbon Cutting
Ribbon Cutting will Celebrate Completion of Fellows Lake Trails
To celebrate the completion of the Dirt 66 trails at Fellows Lake, the Springfield Chamber of Commerce, and the Dirt 66 project partners, will hold a ribbon cutting at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 30. The event will take place near the pavilion at Miller Park, located just west of the Fellows Lake store.
Chamber members will be joined by representatives from City Utilities, TrailSpring, Ozark Greenways, and the Watershed Committee of the Ozarks, for the ribbon cutting to officially signify the completion of over 25 miles of natural surface trails for hiking and mountain biking.
Following the ribbon cutting, Ozark Greenways and TrailSpring, are partnering with the Truman Lake Adventure Club to host the Dirt 66 Grand Opening party from 5 to 10 p.m. at the Miller Park pavilion area. Additional information on the event is available at https://trailspring.org/fellows-lake-event/ or on the Dirt 66 Grand Opening Facebook page.
