Dean leads CU’s Economic Development, Developer Services, and SpringNet groups. He works with the City of Springfield, Greene County, Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce and other entities to coordinate economic development programs for the Springfield area.

Ben is the primary contact for prospect inquiries on utility infrastructure availability, projected costs, as well as utility incentives for specific commercial and industrial projects. He works with CU’s design engineers to assist prospective commercial and industrial customers with the coordination of electric, natural gas, water utility and fiber connectivity.

Bob serves as liaison and primary contact point for CU’s major customers. As Key Accounts Manager, Bob is responsible for developing and enhancing a positive relationship with these customers by providing a high level of customer support in all areas of utility operations and customer service.

Callie is responsible for the utility’s business retention and expansion program where she assists business customers with coordination of electric, natural gas and water utility services throughout the expansion process. She is also the primary contact for Springfield’s industrial parks and business customers providing industry news and assistance with utility-related requests for information.
