How do I report an outage?

You can report a power outage online or by calling 1-888-863-9001.  

Smell gas?  Leave the area and call us at (417) 863-9000.

How do I pay my bill?

There are several options for paying your utility bill.  Pay online, by mail, using our payment kiosks, or by visiting our bill payment locations.

I'm having financial difficulties. What should I do?

If you’re experiencing a hardship, such as illness and/or loss of employment, you may be eligible for assistance.  The most important thing you can do is to call us soon.  We can direct you to resources that may be able to help.

How do I find the average utility bill at my new home?

CU makes it easy to help you figure out what utilities normally cost at your new home.

How do I transfer my existing utility service to another address?

You can transfer your CU service to another location by logging into your online account and choosing My Utility Options/Moving.  You’ll need to provide the new location address and select the date for transferring service.
