About the Program
Save energy and money, while increasing comfort, by upgrading the insulation in your home. Attics, crawl space perimeter, and exterior walls are all places where it can really pay to have the right amount of insulation. Making sure your home’s insulation level is adequate keeps heated or cooled air where it should be – inside your home!
Insulation installation site must be an existing residential dwelling served by CU. Rebate is not available for new construction. Certain restrictions apply; see guidelines on the rebate form.
Many qualified contractors are able to perform efficiency upgrades. Choose one from the list of contractors registered with City Utilities, or select one of your own to perform the work.
