As we celebrate Earth Day, City Utilities is offering ideas of how everyone can make simple changes to help conserve resources and protect our environment.

Check for water leaks -Take a few minutes to make sure your toilets and faucets are all working efficiently. Stopping even small drips will save water, and money. Did you know you can view your daily water usage on  MY ACCOUNT ? Download the app or log in to see when and how much is being used on an hourly basis. Electric and natural gas usage data is also available on MY ACCOUNT.

Staying comfortable with an efficient HVAC system – Regularly changing the air filter in your HVAC system helps keep the air in your home clean and your system operating efficiently. Using an Energy Star® rated smart thermostat can you save money and conserve energy by automatically adjusting your HVAC settings for optimal efficiency.
